We provide good workmanship and after repair warranty of 30 days to give you the peace of mind. Our technicians will provide you with an receipt and if there is any issue in the repaired part, we shall take full responsibility of re-repair under our warranty assurance.

Repair Process

1. Call us to arrange for an onsite assessment by our technicians.
2. Our technician will call you back soon to give exact visit schedule.
3. After diagnosis of the problem the technician will provide the break-up of the cost of repair and spare parts required.
4. Upon your confirmation of the price the repair will be carried out.
5. After repair the receipt will be provided to take care of 30 days warranty.

Note: We keep stock of most spare parts but if some non-regular spare parts are required to be sourced from the company, it may take sometime to get the parts.

Transport Charges

We seek a small transport charge of sgd 40-60 for the diagnostic visit  as a token of appreciation for the technician for his time spend on visiting our customers to provide prompt services. The transport fees is waived in case we proceed with the repair after you approve of our repair quote. We thank you for your appreciation on this and the company does not make any margin on this.
